When I research my project, I
found a interest thing; in many of the western comedy, the display of the
movies is mainly actor’s action, for instant, Chaplin, Laurel and Hardy, Pink
Panther. But in the eastern comedy, especially Chinese humor, the display is
mainly language, such as, Lost on Journey, Love is not Blind. It is related to
the culture in eastern and western, more eastern is reserved and introverted,
the western is extroversion and straightforward. I don’t want to evaluate which
on is better, because they have their own advantage.
Any way, whether is expressed in
humor, the film technique is the must important in both.
